Pleasant

The staff were amazing and were helping when ever we needed, the beach is very beautiful. The city is nearby if you want to visit, they provide an option to go diving

Negative: The room cleaning was not efficient, we were not provided with fresh towels rather the old ones were just folded on the other side and put in place, I had issue with the room as water was leaking from the bathroom but they fixed that, the food is not very good even tho they have an Italian chef working, it seems he has not been to Italy. It would give the hotel total of 2 stars not 4

A humbled experience

The staff was super friendly and they always deals with you in a good manner, the food tastes great 👍 liked it especially I tries different plates, the room view was pretty good and its size was suitable for 2 people normally, Also the cleaning of the hotel is overall great and is a good place to clear your mind from the outer world stress also you'll enjoy the privacy because the hotel isn't overflowed. Both pool and sea were perfect and the sun.

Negative: The buffet of the lunch is quite humble they've to think twice about the lunch menu, the coffee tastes rubbish in all its types(black, cappuccino.. etc), every time we ask for a diet coke it sounds like we ask for a rare thing, the telephone in the room was a malfunction and even we've been asking the receptionist for someone to fix it he kept handling us, so whenever we want to ask for something like laundry etc we've to go to the reception to order it, the hotel is an hour and a half away from Marsa Allam itself the nearest town is Al-Qusier and it's a normal town no special thing in it, I faced an accident in a Safari trip with a contracted company with the hotel and they let me afford all the cost without any insurance as a guest in the hotel the only answer I was getting is "Our responsibility is to drive you to the nearest hospital"!!!!, and the hotel takes no action with the Safari company, but I think if you're a foreign guest you won't face the same issue because this is how things done in Egypt.
And animation team is humble, they're trying I can't lie but they aren't an entertaining team
